Dino Capone

Currently volunteers on Education Programming, Quality, Home Therapies, and Membership Committees.

"Being part of RHA means working alongside people who truly care — not just about dialysis, but about each other."

Dino’s long-time commitment to RHA reflects his belief in the power of connection. He’s contributed to education, tools, and home modality resources that support providers across the country. He’s also a community theater director and scuba instructor in his free time.

Tabatha Donnelly, BSN, MBA

Currently volunteers on Advocacy, Education Programming, Quality, Home Therapies, and Membership Committees.

“RHA felt like a family with a goal of finding and/or advocating the best outcomes for patients.”

Tabatha was inspired by the knowledge and passion she encountered at her first RHA conference—and she’s been giving back ever since. Her leadership helped implement phosphate binder changes efficiently at her clinic, and she continues to learn from fellow volunteers to improve policies and patient care. When she’s not at work, you’ll find her spending time with her grandson.

Melanie Thingvold, RN, CDN

Currently volunteers on the Quality Committee.

“Joining a committee doesn’t mean you have to be an expert, you’ll learn and grow from each other.”.

Melanie is passionate about the supportive, expert-driven culture of RHA. Her time as a committee member has strengthened her professional confidence and expanded her national network of peers. Outside the clinic, her favorite moments are those spent with family.
