Renal Healthcare PAC: Advocating for the ESRD Community

The Renal Healthcare Political Action Committee (PAC) was established in 1991 to unite the voices of the Renal Healthcare Association and its members in advocating for policies that support the ESRD community. As a voluntary, non-partisan, and nonprofit committee, the Renal Healthcare PAC ensures that the interests of independent and community-based dialysis providers—and the patients they serve—are heard at the federal level.

.

Why the Renal Healthcare PAC Matters

Through the PAC, the Renal Healthcare Association can:

  • Educate policymakers by advocating for policies that protect access to life-saving dialysis treatments and ensure adequate reimbursement for the Medicare ESRD program.
  • Strengthen our voice by competing with other interest groups to influence legislation that affects ESRD facilities, patients, and providers.
  • Support champions of ESRD care by backing candidates who prioritize the needs of the ESRD community, regardless of political affiliation.

Your support helps us open critical lines of communication with Congress and ensures that the voices of dialysis providers remain strong in the legislative process.

Our Mission

The Renal Healthcare PAC exists to:

  • Provide contributions to federal candidates who support the ESRD community and its needs.
  • Enhance member awareness of healthcare-related political issues and the voting records of candidates.
  • Advocate for policies that ensure patient access, provider choice, and financial stability within the ESRD program.

Make Your Voice Count
