Dialysis Facility Human Resources: Basics Plus
Monday, December 12, 2022
1:00 - 2:00 p.m. ET

If you do not have a dedicated human resources professional, it can be very easy to make costly mistakes. Knowing some of the very basic (but most common) topics to be aware of can save you and your company a great deal of headaches, heartache, and money. Human resources is more than just having a personnel folder. During this MeetUp we will discuss key tips like making sure you are aware of the basics of FLSA, FMLA, Recruitment & Onboarding, Management of Personnel Issues, and Gender Issues to protect yourself and your company.

Discussion led by
Sharilyn Cano - Senior HR Business Partner, Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center

Moderated by
