Registration Cancellation Policy:  Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by midnight on August 16, 2026. Please e-mail your request to admin@renalhealthcare.org. A $100 administrative fee applies to all cancellations. All requests submitted after August 16, 2026, will not be honored.

The 2026 Annual Conference will be held at the Savannah Convention Center in Savannah, GA. 

Accommodations
The official conference hotel is The Westin Savannah Harbor Golf Resort & Spa. RHA has secured a discounted rate room block starting Tuesday, September 22nd.

RHA has secured discounted nightly rates, plus applicable taxes. The special rate will be offered until Monday, August 24, 2026, at 5:00 pm ET, or until the group block is sold out, whichever comes first.

Daily Parking: $30 per day
Valet Parking: $45 per day with unlimited in/out privileges

Group Reservations
We understand that you may want to reserve multiple rooms before confirming who will actually attend from your company. Renal Healthcare Association asks that you reserve only the rooms you need and release any rooms you will not need by Monday, August 24, 2026, at 5:00 pm ET. If you are holding more rooms than you need, the hotel will not have rooms available when other attendees call.  If you release your rooms too close to the meeting date, it may be too late for other attendees, and Renal Healthcare Association is liable if we do not meet our minimum room pick-up.  Please plan carefully for your attendees and reserve/hold only the rooms needed.

BOOTH GIVEAWAYS:  All marketing and promotional activity must be conducted within the confines of your booth space.  Aisles cannot be obstructed as a result of your promotional activity.  It is prohibited to use the Renal Healthcare Association logo on any materials.  Exhibitors cannot promote a competing meeting (i.e., any meeting likely to draw attendees from any RHA meeting – by the venue, topic, etc.) at the Renal Healthcare Association meeting.  Booth giveaways are the responsibility of the exhibiting/sponsoring company, not Renal Healthcare Association.
