Eligibility Requirements

There are two eligibility pathways to apply:

Requirement Option 1 Option 2
Education Bachelor’s degree High school diploma or equivalent
Work Experience 3 years in a Dialysis Administrator role within last 5 years 5 years in a Dialysis Administrator role within last 7 years
Practice Hours 3,000 hours within last 5 years 5,000 hours within last 7 years

How to Apply

1) Submit the online application with supporting documentation.

2) Pay the applicable fee:

  • RHA Member $350 
  • Non-Member $450

3) Await eligibility review and testing instructions.

Exam Format & Schedule

The exam administration will be held at a local testing center. Submit your online application, along with supporting documentation, by Friday, May 15, 2026, to be considered for the upcoming exam window. Once approved, you will receive instructions to register for your exam at a local testing center.
