Where Do We Go From Here? A Discussion of Living Through COVID-19 and After-Action Reports

As a result of COVID-19, dialysis professionals have been asked to prepare After Action Reports (AAR).  Our presenters, Jessica Adams, RN from Gundersen Health System and current Renal Healthcare Association President and Senior Director of Enterprise Dialysis at Sanford Health, Maria Regnier, MSN, RN, CNN, will walk you through the key components of an AAR, such as defining objectives, identifying strengths and areas for improvement, and will share a living example of assessment through root cause analysis and corrective actions taken.
