CY2025 ESRD PPS Proposed Rule
On June 27, 2024, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) released its proposed rule and corresponding fact sheet/press release. CMS also released the CY 2025 ESRD PPS & AKI Wage Index File (Addendum A), AKI Facility level Impacts (Addendum B), and ESRD PPS Proposed Wage Index Construction Methodology (Addendum C). CMS will accept comments on the proposed rule through August 26, 2024. Read the RHA Summary here.
