The Renal Healthcare Association's Annual Conference is a dynamic gathering of a diversity of dialysis professionals and providers from across the United States. As we continue working to fulfill our mission of supporting the entire renal community, the Annual Conference provides valuable education and networking opportunities for professionals across the renal care spectrum. Registration Cancellation Policy: 
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by midnight on September 1, 2022. Please e-mail your request to admin@renalhealthcare.org. A $100 administrative fee applies to all cancellations. All requests submitted after September 1, 2022, will not be honored. Please note that Coronavirus (COVID-19) refund requests made after September 1, 2022, will not be honored unless there is a government advisory prohibiting your attendance at the meeting.

Satellite Symposium Breakfast

Managing Moderate to Severe CKD-Associated Pruritus In Adult Patients On Hemodialysis

Thursday, October 6 | 7:00 - 8:00 a.m.

During the Vifor Pharma Breakfast Symposium, we will discuss the challenges associated with CKD-aP as well as a prescription treatment option for moderate-to-severe pruritus associated with chronic kidney disease (CKD-aP) in adults undergoing hemodialysis. There will be an opportunity for questions and answers at the end of the symposium.

The CSL Vifor Breakfast Symposium on Thursday morning is not part of the RHA educational program. The program is wholly developed, presented, and sponsored by CSL Vifor. RHA is not responsible for the content of this session and does not imply sponsorship or endorsement. Promotion, invitations, registration, and onsite logistics for the event will be handled directly with CSL Vifor.

Note: Breakfast on Thursday morning is available at the Vifor Pharma Breakfast Symposium. RHA will not be providing breakfast on Thursday morning as part of the Conference registration.

To reserve your room online click here or call (1) 317-860-5800 and identify the group name of 'RHA 2022 Annual Conference' to get the discounted rate. Check-in begins at 4 PM ET and check-out is at 11 AM ET

Renal Healthcare Association has secured discounted rates per night, plus applicable taxes. The special rate will be offered until Monday, September 12, 2022, or until the group block is sold-out, whichever comes first. Please read the special note on group reservations below.

Group Reservations:  We understand that you may want to reserve multiple rooms before confirming who will actually attend from your company. Renal Healthcare Association asks that you reserve only the rooms you need and release any rooms you will not need by Monday, September 12, 2022. If you are holding more rooms than you need, the hotel will not have rooms available when other attendees call.  If you release your rooms too close to the meeting date, it may be too late for other attendees and Renal Healthcare Association is liable if we do not meet our minimum room pick up.  Please plan carefully for your attendees and reserve/hold only the rooms needed.

Exhibitor and Sponsorship sales have now closed for the 2022 Annual Conference.

BOOTH GIVEAWAYS:  All marketing and promotional activity must be conducted within the confines of your booth space.  Aisles cannot be obstructed as a result of your promotional activity.  It is prohibited to use the Renal Healthcare Association logo on any materials.  Exhibitors cannot promote a competing meeting (i.e., any meeting likely to draw attendees from any RHA meeting – by the venue, topic, etc.) at the Renal Healthcare Association meeting.  Booth giveaways are the responsibility of the exhibiting/sponsoring company, not Renal Healthcare Association.

COVID-19 Update

Renal Healthcare Association continues to closely monitor COVID-19 as our highest priority is the health and safety of our members and attendees.  We are tracking all travel restrictions and will follow the advice of the World Health OrganizationU.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and the Indiana Department of Health.  Renal Healthcare Association will issue updates as they become available. 

Vaccination is not required. 
Masks are highly encouraged in all conference spaces.
