The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) announces the availability of updated Payment Year (PY) 2019 End-Stage Renal Disease Quality Incentive Program (ESRD QIP) Preview Period Performance Score Reports and Patient List Reports. The revised reports can be downloaded from the QualityNet website.
As previously announced, CMS extended the PY 2019 ESRD QIP Preview Period to investigate and correct a data issue related to the Mineral Metabolism Reporting Measure and Hypercalcemia Clinical Measure. The PY 2019 ESRD QIP Preview Period has been extended two weeks and will conclude on Wednesday, September 19, 2018 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time in order to provide dialysis facilities sufficient time to review their revised reports and submit a formal inquiry if necessary via the QualityNet website.
